Your child will NOT be assigned to a team if there is a balance due prior to June 12, 2010 until the balance has been paid |
All 100% refunds must be requested, in writing, prior to the team draw on June 12, 2010. After this date, refunds will only be considered for those children moving out of the area, or children receiving injuries denying them the opportunity to play. Cost of uniforms will be deducted from the refund. |
